The Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner(OIC) has passed new regulations specifying the services title companies can provide for free and those that must be provided for a fee. In addition, the OIC requires that title companies collect the fee(s) at the time of service. When your order for customer service is placed, we can discuss any fees that will be charged and method of payment. These regulations take effect March 20,2009.
