It’s time to talk about Canva again! The do-it-yourself design platform is the perfect way to up your marketing game this season – no matter your design skill level. This great tool is an innovative and easy way to create social media graphics, listing flyers, full presentation decks and more.

While there’s a free version of Canva available, the Pro account may be worth the investment for our real estate friends. One feature we love is the ability to remove a background with the press of a button! Here are four other compelling features:

The platform makes branding easy. One of the first tasks in Canva is uploading your logo. Why? Because Canva automatically pulls the colors from your logo and saves them for future use. This gives you all your messages consistency and helps build your brand.

The library of templates and photos is extensive. The paid version of Canva has a picture for almost anything. While it’s important to note that users can upload their own photos and graphics into the system, its stock collection for subscribers is extensive and worth exploring. We love it most for photos of local landmarks and specific locations.   

Canva can help you create videos, too. This tool isn’t just for graphics and other visuals; it’s also a great way to create videos using both still images and a library of stock video clips. When it comes to accompanying audio, Canva also gives you a plethora of choices when it comes to music, and you can even record your own voiceovers. 

Canva can help you harness the power of AI. Users can leverage AI seamlessly within the app from two powerful sources—DALL·E by OpenAI and Imagen by Google Cloud—to generate content, help you with ideas and planning. Just remember, the more specific you are with your robot instructions, the better and more specific your creations will be.
