4 ways to keep winning on social media and beyond

It’s time for a marketing check-up! Whether business is going the way you hoped so far in 2025, or you’re looking for a spark as we head into the next season, upping your game on social media and other avenues may be the perfect recipe for continued success.

After all, building a brand and reinforcing yourself as a market leader takes continuous effort and fine-tuning. With that in mind, here are four ways you can continue to put yourself out there in the community – both digitally and in real life.

Celebrate client success in tangible and visible ways. Closings – and other milestones are huge moments for your clients – treat them that way. Celebrate creatively and authentically. These festivities aren’t just about warm fuzzies. They’re good marketing! Need our help celebrating your Closing Day victories? We’re always here to lend a hand.

Be aware of the trends of the year. Let’s start by acknowledging that we’re all real estate professionals, not full-time marketing geniuses. However, it’s still key to know what’s hot – and what’s not – in the real estate marketing world. People want simplicity, authenticity and speed. Clients are bombarded with content, so standing out means being clear, personal and responsive. Real-time video, such as Instagram Reels or TikToks, continues to drive engagement, especially when it features real people, behind-the-scenes moments or quick tips.

Keep treating social media like a two-way street. Social media can be a powerful tool for building visibility and trust if used correctly. You need to focus on connection. Show your team. Share real client stories (with permission), or post about common pitfalls and how you solve them. Finally, don’t forget to engage by commenting, responding to messages and more. Remember, social media shouldn’t be used only as your personal megaphone.

Think local. In an increasingly digital world, local still matters. Consumers want to work with professionals who understand their market and are invested in their community. All of us in real estate who fancy ourselves local leaders and community builders need to showcase our commitment by sharing our expertise and much more. Think about showing up more locally by sponsoring neighborhood events or causes and partnering with your favorite local businesses. When your marketing reflects the community you serve, it proves what you’re trying to say. People want to support those who care about what’s going on around them.

We know we work with some of the most caring and professional real estate partners out there, but everyone else should, too. It’s up to you to share your story and tell people why you’re the best choice for them. If you’re not doing that, who will?

Our teams are invested in all the communities we serve, and your local branch would love to tell you more about their specific efforts. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and reach out for all of your title and escrow needs.
