STOP TYPING, START RESULTING: Here’s how to make ChatGPT work for you
Thank you to everyone who answered our recent survey about the tools you use most. We heard you loud and clear! Artificial Intelligence remains what everyone is talking about – and utilizing.
With that in mind, our team is here with more tips on how all of us can use these robots more effectively – whether the tool of choice is ChatGPT, Google’s Gemini, Claude or something else.
Use AI as your assistant, editor and so much more. This cool technology is here to help you do more, not take over. Think of AI as an extension of what you can do. Whether you need help proofreading copy, brainstorming ideas, organizing your calendar or tackling repetitive tasks, AI is here to take the mundane off your plate. Start small, stay consistent and you’ll be amazed at how much time and energy you get back by feeding AI your own content and ideas.
Concentrate on your prompts. The more information you provide to AI, the better the robots’ content will be. Put another way, how you prompt matters because a poor start leads to bad content. Be as specific as possible about the results you’re after, and don’t be afraid to tell the platform to be more specific.
Treat your ChatGPT content as a first draft. This isn’t just a warning to fact-check – though you certainly should. Instead, it’s a reminder to dig deeper. Make sure your AI-generated content is really what you want and how you want it to sound. As we said above, don’t be afraid to have the robots take another stab at it, even if you have to ask for a completely different direction than the original output.
Continue to push what AI can do for you. Here’s a little secret. No matter how much you think you’re currently using AI, it can probably do much more. After all, this is an emerging technology we’re talking about. Keep experimenting and testing ChatGPT; you may be surprised to discover what else it can make easier for you. In fact, did you know there’s a Real Estate Ai built into ChatGPT? (One last pro-tip: if you have a favorite robot of choice, it’s well worth upgrading to a paid version.)
The rise of AI has also raised another question: How can AI tools find my business? This recent article talks about that a bit, but that topic is probably worth its own standalone piece in the future. Stay tuned.
Regardless of how advanced technology becomes in our business, a successful transaction still requires a personal touch or two. That’s why the humans inside your favorite local branch are always here to help guide you toward the finish line. Contact us anytime!
